Mr. K. Umesh is the Chairman of LANSUM Properties. He’s had an illustrious career in multiple sectors as a senior bureaucrat and even in the Indian Defense Forces for a short stint. Mr. K. Umesh did Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University and was a part of the Indian Civil Services for 23 years. He was bestowed the Presidential Award for his meritorious service in Customs, Excise and Service Tax departments. Post that he took voluntary retirement and joined the NTR Memorial Trust as its CEO and rendered exceptional service for 2 Years.
His inborn interest, talent, hardwork and entrepreneurial spirit took him along the path of real-estate construction. Being deeply passionate about the real estate & construction industry, he is inspired to leave a mark on the twin-states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana with his 250+ employees, management & investor team.
